Ribolla gialla

Ribolla Gialla is a native vine of which there is traces already almost a thousand years ago in Friuli and surrounding areas, even if at the time they did not use it for a refreshing glass to combine with sushi. Despite being a thousand years old, she is in great shape and elegantly associates herself with all the hipster things you had in mind to eat or order online. It is a sunny and full-bodied wine but characterized by a pleasant acidity that makes it a crunchy, fresh and fragrant wine.
